Ok ... So Active Link #3 does a Window Open action to open the confirmation form as a Dialog window. Add another action after the Open Window action in Active Link #3 that does a Change Fields action against the Table Field and has the Refresh Table check box selected.

I achieved till 4) a) deleting that particular record from the table, But [4.b] i am not able to do AUTO-REFRESHING the table once the control back to the parent form. I used one mechanism PERFORM_ACTION_TABLE_REFRESH <TABLE_ID>. But it is not working. can anybody help in this case.
