The Task Viewer application permission has status Offline in form LIC:SYS-License Permission Map, in both ITSM 7.5 and ITSM 7.5.1 (I am 99% sure it is also this way in ITSM 7).
Because of this offline status, the Task Viewer cannot be granted to users by "normal" means (in the People form for instance). Is this something that BMC overlooked (i.e. forgot to enable) ? The TMS:Task form does have the Task Viewer on its permissions. So has anybody enabled this Task Viewer permission and made use of it?
