All: I have been asked to see if there is a way to capture an average response time for a production Remedy 6.3 application. The response time considered is from the client and web perspective.
I would like to calaculate daily how long it takes to login, and transaction response times on an on going basis. Usually this type of tracking is done against web applications. Has anyone tried this and if so what are you using?
