I am trying to get similar-function field level help on midtier forms. I tried adding the form-action-field "Help" but that seems to provide the Remedy standard online help rather than the form helptext or field help text, and the documentation for field level help on the midtier consists of one tiny paragraph saying "add a form action field for Help" which will display the form and field help.
