Yea - we had this same issue. It was resolved going from 7.0.1 to 7.1

**
We've applied only a partial patch 5 and the problem went away but this is
NOT recommended (and we applied the full patch later). The bug is in the
arserverd binary so there is no way to fix this without replacing this
binary. (anyone remember superzap?)

Subject: ARERR [306]

**
Hi All,

All of a sudden and every few days, this error comes on any remedy form if
you try to save the record. On reboot everything works fine

ARERR [306] Value does not fall within the limits specified for the field :
(MENU - $MENU$) : Support Company*+

ARERR [306] Value does not fall within the limits specified for the field :

ARERR [306] Value does not fall within the limits specified for the field :
(MENU - $MENU$) : Owner Support Company

Environment: ARS 7.0.01 Patch 006 200712062121

I found out this was fixed in 7.1 patch 5.
SW00291689: ARERR 306 occurred frequently even when all the data and
forms were correct, but it did not reoccur upon restarting the AR System
server.

Is there a way to fix this without upgrading it to 7.1 patch 5?

Regards,
Veeral Oza
