Hello list, We have recently deployed midtier 7 version. After that, whenever user clicks on "Print Case" button on helpdesk form, "Do you want to open or Save this file" messge pops up.
On clicking on save or open button, rep file started opening. Earlier, on doing the above activity html file was opening. Please suggest solution.
