Robert, Thanks, this integration works with ITSM as well. We are working on a few demonstration viewlets and hope to have these on our website soon. There is NO cost to look at an eval copy of any one of these tools and the eval is not restricted, apart from an annoying watermark (which disappears when registered). As an example, we have extended use and functionality of these tools and now have an interactive graphic display of our outage calendar. I have to say, the Drag-N-Drop capability of the workload manager is very cool. This makes it easy to visualize work assignments, assign tickets or reassign tickets. Regards...Gidd
