I participated in the webinar for this product today and it does look good. Wish we had some extra $$$ for this. Right now we do the email string collaboration technique which is somewhat irritating. We do have a product called Campfire but it does not have some of the very nice features this tool does summarizing the event. It's worth taking a look at!
