If a Remedy server service cannot start after a database migration, that
typically indicates something's wrong with the database:

- Is the database service running?
- Does the ARAdmin account have ownership over the ARSystem database?
- Was the ARSystem database properly attached when it was migrated?
- Is there maybe a DNS issue that's preventing the Remedy server from finding
the DB server?

It would help if you told us the version of Remedy you're running, your OS, and
the type and version of database you're running.
