We're on CMDB 2.1 p003; while applying p005, we receive an error that indicates we should change Submitter Mode from Locked to Changeable. However, this is not identified as a prerequisite for the patch and hasn't been for any previous patches we've applied. Has anyone encountered this? Thanks in advance for your reply.
