MidTier 7.1 patch 7 fixed the following issues for us:
1) ARERR 9351
2) Requestor console attachments.
But, we started getting HTTP 500 status message when we tried to access a
custom built application through mid tier. The out of the box apps (like
Help Desk, Change module, requestor console) are opening fine. The following
is found in the error logs. Please see the screenshot.
