Project Description:
The Remedy Administrator will be our primary 3rd party software
administrator for Remedy, Version 6.03. This person will be the primary
point of contact for all requests related to the use of Remedy.

Remedy Administrator will be primary resource in administering Remedy
Ver. 6.03. This person will be responsible for providing systems
administration, assist in setting up new accounts, and provide ongoing
maintenance for existing menus, forms and other workflows currently in
place for various automation tasks. MUST have at least Remedy Ver. 6.03.
* Advanced skills in working with Remedy Ver. 6.03 - scheduling tasks
and workflow
* Advanced skills with designing and developing Remedy forms and
workflow
* Advanced experience with File Transfer (FTP, SFTP)
* Advanced skills in providing both Mid-Tier and Remedy Administration
(Ver. 6.03)
* Advanced skills coordinating and maintaining service management
application administration
* Advanced ability to integrate service management standards and best
practices
* Advanced skills in supporting internal management teams, as well as
working closely with cross-functional groups to ensure understanding and
adherence to service management standards.
* Advanced knowledge of change management
* Advanced skills in providing technical support of service management
functions (Help Desk, Service Desk, Change Notification, Asset
Management, Change Management (MAC)
