Robert, Thanks for your response.Yes I am trying to insert separator other than a blank space.I cannot use replace function to replace blank spaces with other character because menu items have different number of blank spaces. Example one item is "vendor", other is "quality assurance". Any suggestions?Thanks, Shweta
