Hello All, OS: Windows Server 2003 R2 (64bit) Database : Microsoft SQL Server 2005 ARS 7.5.00 Patch 002 installed CMDB 7.5.00 Patch 002 installed
I am trying to run environment precheck utility , but getting an error saying : " Please check log file mssql.log for more details or check whether server started successfully or isql or sqlsmd set in patch. Status=256 at envUtil.pl line 638, <MSSQLDATAIN> line 13." I researched online and found that I need SQL Server Clients (Management Studio) installed on the system for this ? Is it right ? Anybody know how to debug this error to run the environment precheck utility before installing ITSM Suite.
