Hello, Today, our unix admins went to do an OS upgrade on our AR server from AIX 5.3 ML6, to ML9. This also upgraded the installed version of java from 1.5.0 SR6b to SR7. No ARS configuration changes were made. During Remedy startup, we got two errors:
Error: Port Library failed to initialize and Cannot create JVM: Unknown Error (ARERR 9130) The errors occur during the loading of libwebservice.a (commenting it out of ar.conf made the errors go away and I could see it in the plugin logs). When we rolled back to ML6, we didn't get the errors. The compatibility matrix shows that IBM Java 1.5.0 SR2 or higher is compatible. So what am I missing, or what else can I check? Or is this a known issue?
