We have an issue which is critical: Earlier we were there on Email patch 14 or ARS6.3 and just now migrated to patch 23. We are using html templates to show #$$Variables$$# values from HPD:Helpdesk form. Everything is working well but URL is coming in URLEncoded format which was not the case earlier.
