Hello All, I have a request to send the Create Date of a ticket to an external application via a Web Service. This must be passed as a string and needs to be in GMT. My server is in NJ thus the server time is Eastern. The issue is how to handle Daylight Savings time. I could do this by checking the date/time value to see if it falls between March 8 and November 1 but that only takes care of this year. I wanted to check to see if anyone may be doing something like this now that they can share.
