William, How are you running the Stored Proceedure from Remedy? I mean the exact syntax of how you are trying to execute it..

The DBA can login as ARAdmin and execute this stored procedure as expected. However, when we do the exact same command from workflow (filter Run Process) we get this along with the ARERR 552: *** ERROR *** ORA-02081: database link is not open ORA-06512: at "ARADMIN.V_EMP_NEW", line 50 ORA-02081: database link is not open ORA-06512: at line 1 Any guesses?
