Cookie=IP-Restriction-GUID=................... When anyone tries to login we get "Authentication failed ARERR 623" I cannot access configuration tool at all. I reset password. cleared cache, restarted server. I get nothing. This started a couple of weeks ago when the password expired on the Database.
