The timeout configuration for floating licenses are not exclusive for midtier. The same configuration applies to both clients (web and user). Regards, Roger On Qui 10/09/09 13:29 , rey s [email protected] sent: ** we are currently running remedy 5.6 and we have very limited floating license[Just 20]... Number of users will be around 100... Lot of people using remedy and they are not closing "fat" client (AR User) when their job is done,so remedy floating license is not released. I know , we can set the time frame for remedy mid tier to time out...Is there any way we can set the time out in AR User.. I am willing to write api or remedy workflows or any sql procedure... will it be possible to set time? Has any one implemented successfully... thoughts please!_Platinum Sponsor: [email protected] ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"_ ------------------------- E-mail verificado pelo Terra Anti-Spam.
