We have an escalation that syncs the CTM:People form(ITSP 4.0) with Active Directory. We got similar errors when syncing accounts that were missing one/more of the required fields for CTM:People. Our solution was to check for non-null values in those fields before syncing the account information. Sounds like you may be running into something similar.
