All, I have a question regarding the Analytics universe database. A client would like to point the current Analytics database to refresh data from one database to another. >From the Designer tool, we have setup a new connection by going to Tools -> >Connections. Once we established the new connection, we go to File -> Parameters, choose the new connection, test connectivity, save the universe & export. I have done the above, however after export the universe and running a report in Infoview the data retrieved in the report is from the old database and not the new one. Has anyone experienced this issue or know if it can be done? We are running BOXI R3 and BMC Analytics 3.0 Thanks Rob
