I had a customer with the same issue. Basically, the email engine is unable to extract/retrieve the reply-to email address, and the email engine would delete the incoming message without inserting into the AR System Email Messages form. BMC Support gave us a hotfix for the emaildaemon.jar file. The error is still logged in the stdout file, but the email is successfully saved in the AR System Email Messages form.
