If I'm not mistaken, if you export your records to ARX, it'll export the files with it, and then use ARImport to import them should add them back to the attachment field appropriately. Or I believe RRRChive will do it for you as well.

Desired result is to import all attachments to the new server/new form with all of the other data from the old server. I have everything migrated with the exception of the attachments.
