Hello All, Does anybody has some good unit test plan, user acceptance plans and training documents for Remedy 7.5 ?
Just finished Data Uploads, Validation and Promotion after a fresh install of ARSystem 7.5 and ITSM 7.5.01 , now need to perform unit testing , make necessary configuration changes and then user acceptance tests and training some users ? Does anybody has any good suggestions or documents or resources to complete all these tasks namely Unit Testing, User Acceptance Test, Training Documents and Configurations Changes which needs to be done on out of the box application.
