What's in the log before the Stacks: line? That's the point of the crash. Then you have the version string output from the server restarting and the ARERR 90 from the Dispatch (arsvcdsp) because it is not able to connect to the server. The RPC error is from the dispatch service and is the result of the server crashing, not the cause.

Has anyone seen this error before? I tried the BMC KB and that did not help at all. We are on AIX, Remedy v71., and Oracle 10g R3.
