** For the record, only portions of Dan look the least bit like an ostrich. Dan (and Phil, and Kelly, and Joel and Lenny) and the volunteer staff (too numerous to mention) have been doing a spectacular job of coordinating rooms and speakers, setting up tables and booths, stuffing goodie bags (in the dark!) and the other behind the scenes things that have to happen to make the conference work.  Kudos to you all! Oh, hey, what an idea!
