Hi all!!! Our customer can see that if he is into Remedy SRM and goes to another URL without closing the Remedy session, if he goes again to the SRM page he notices that he doesn't need to log again. I need that when I'm logged in Remedy and through the SRM I open an URL which needs the same authentication as Remedy (integrated with LDAP plugin), I don't want authenticate myself again. How can we have this?, I mean, the cookie or the mechanism to validate only once.
