There was an issue in the initial 7.5p3 User Tool that prevented it from 
processing certain active link commands properly.  This caused a problem with 
some of the consoles in the ITSM application.  The problem was fixed and the 
patch installer updated with the new version - the Help, About will show 7.5 
patch 3a.  The installers that are currently available from the support website 
are the updated ones.

Just make sure that if you go to patch 3 of the client that you get patch 3a. I 
don’t know that plain old patch 3 causes any problems in 6.3, but it sure does 
in 7.5.
