There was an issue in the initial 7.5p3 User Tool that prevented it from processing certain active link commands properly. This caused a problem with some of the consoles in the ITSM application. The problem was fixed and the patch installer updated with the new version - the Help, About will show 7.5 patch 3a. The installers that are currently available from the support website are the updated ones.

I switch back & forth between the environments using the same client. Just make sure that if you go to patch 3 of the client that you get patch 3a. I don’t know that plain old patch 3 causes any problems in 6.3, but it sure does in 7.5.
