There was an issue in the initial 7.5p3 User Tool that prevented it from processing certain active link commands properly. This caused a problem with some of the consoles in the ITSM application. The problem was fixed and the patch installer updated with the new version - the Help, About will show 7.5 patch 3a. The installers that are currently available from the support website are the updated ones.
