I’m having the following problem when I try to license an ARS Server 7.0.1 on a Windows 2003 Server (Hot Backup License). The machine has 4 network adapters and NIC Teaming configured. When I try to apply the Server Hot Backup License, the value that appears in the field HostID is one of the Networks Adapters MAC address but not NIC Teaming MAC address. So the license I’ve generated against the NIC Teaming MAC doesn’t work. I’ve supposed that the HostID that must be used is the NIC Teaming MAC address because if I use one of the Networks Adapters MAC address and this Network Adapter fails, the Server will be unlicensed. Won’t it? Is there any way to say the AR Server that the MAC that must be used is the Teaming MAC address and not the 4th Network Adapter MAC?
