Assuming you mean a People relationship in AST:AssetPeople. It's possible to do that with AIE, however with the import tool you'll need to create some workflow. What I've done in the past is to create a filter on AST:AssetPeople where you pass a trigger string such as FullName = "CreateMyRelationship". In the import you'll need to pass what identifies the person and the Asset, then the filter can go an lookup the values it needs (Reconciliation identity, People InstanceID etc). You should note that it will be two imports, one into Asset Data and one into AST:AssetPeople.
