the same functionality we currently have on the client should be available on the mid tier. if they take away the user tool, users will be upset that they will not have the same functionality and will create more work for developers. we should not have to create our own workflow / work arounds AND, it should not be considered an enhancement request. it should be a given as the web client should work as the user tool if users are no longer being given a choice. lets hope that it will be in place before the user tool becomes obsolete.
