Over the years I've seen some versions of the client and runmacro
executable return the entry-id to stdout.

And I've used this value, from stdout in my scripts. But then a new
patched or version would arrive that would not behave the same.

Seems I'd always have to eventually, include Entry-Id in an output file;
and enhance my script to retrieve the value from there.

Perhaps others may have better alternatives.

Hope this helps

Subject: Macro question

**

Hi Listers;

I'm building a query macro to retrieve a few parameters to be processed
on one script.

Could please someone tell me how to catch the entry-id returned from the
query macro on the script?

Best Regards and Thanks in advance
