...and remember to install 32-bit JRE or JVM since ARS 7.x does not know how to use 64-bit Java. I used 1.6.0_16, and it should/must install in the C:\Program Files (x86)\ directory.

Going in Depth, We figure out that Java is not installing properly which will be used to install AR 7.5. We we went to Java website to test if java is running properly, it gives us error. Seems like Server R2 2008 doesn't support java that well or probably there are some settings we need to do. Try to check if your java is running ok on the server where you trying to install AR 7.5.
