I've been given the "OK" on training and am deciding which training classes to take. We will, this year, upgrade from ARS7.1 to ARS 7.5, ITSM 7.5 and SRM. SRM will be something completely new to my organization. If you had to pick 3 training sessions to help you with the rollout and continued maintenance.. which 3 would they be? I have taken ARS Admin 1,2,3.
