I do not believe the AR System supports Integrated Authentication in Webservices, if I assume IA refers to 'integrated windows authentication', i.e. the use of a SPNEGO/Kerberos token.
The JSS SSO Plugin provides SPNEGO/Kerberos out of the box, and there's a lot of work gone into making it easy to implement - there's nothing in the AR System server or Midtier that provides IWA, so unless it's hidden away in some support patch, it's not supported. I guess you could use our SSO Plugin to protect your webservices if you wish!
