Lyle: I implemented the same concept to reduce the number of notification filters that we have. For using pure Remedy implementation you would have to use SetFields with Replace and nest placeholders together. I created a regular form to store notification email templates and schema name and embedded those inside a hidden table on each schema that would use it. And used a filter guide that would run on submit/ modify and check conditions dynamically. Once true the SetFields/Replace would populate values and push the notification out. Like LJ said this can be accomplished via SQL or APIs as well. Cheers, -Subash Biswas
