We are seeing an issue where people logging onto approval console are seeing pending approval records with no details. The records themselves in AP:Detail-Signature have a reference to a change record but there is actual existing record. Investigation shows that the Change Record behind the approval record is missing (probably deleted via ctrl-d from form) Has anyone else seen this issue and what can I do about it? I need to remove the approve records so our customers can't see them and get confused. Can I delete the offending records from AP:Detail-Signature? Are there any other objects that need altering/editing/deleting?
