Right-click on the installer, select the compatibility tab, check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" check box, and select "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)". Click OK and then try running the installer again.

It actually went well and it is working fine. The one thing I'm having an issue with is the ARS Admin Tool. I still need to use v7.0.1P3 for a few months while we're upgrading our servers to ARS 7.5. This version of the admin tool does not like Windows 7. The user tool works fine. When I try to install the message indicates it is not compatible with Windows 7. Has anyone found a workaround for the Windows 7 issue? It worked fine on Vista and I figured Win7 wouldn't be a problem. Yes, I now realize it is not listed in the compatibility chart. Appreciate your help.
