Hello All We are using AR 7.5 with ITSM 7.6. Everything is running on Windows 2008 Server and database is Microsoft SQL.
We would like to change the person's login ID because I have firstname initial dot last name. My manager would like to make it firstname initial last name without dot. when i went to people form, it is display only field and can't modify anything. Please share your thoughts and reply ASAP.
