ITSM 7.0.3 ARS 7.1 Is it possible in ITSM 7 to configure SLM's with no pre-defined goal times ? Is it possible to get notifications based on Scheduled start date against Scheduled end date at 50%/75%/100% in change requests? Typically this would be creating a tailored SLM for each change based on these dates. e.g. Scheduled Start Date: Mon 1st Feb 2010 08.00 Scheduled End Date: Fri 12th Feb 2010 08.00 Clock runs Mon-Fri 08.00-18.00 excluding public holidays 50 % Notification @ Fri 5th Feb 2020 08.00 75% Notification @ Wed 10th Feb 2020 12.00 100% Notification @ Fri 12th Feb 2020 08.00 In the above scenario we would be getting the goal timings for the SLM on the basis of Scheduled start date and Scheduled end date which would be input only at a later stage in the life cycle of a change request. As we are unaware of the goal time at the outset is there any option available within ITSM 7 to support such an SLM configuration?
