I cry BS, too. Remedy USED to drop forms when a field was deleted, but I don't think even that happens any more. Rick

When I asked our dba's about this they responded that the Remedy Application drops views and recreates them when a new field is added or moved around (customizing form views through Developer/ Admin tool).
