The Workflow Applications team develops and owns company-wide systems that support issue management, change management, and other key business processes throughout Amazon. We're inventive, smart, obsessive about user experience, and we constantly challenge the way things have traditionally been done in our space. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience with BMC Remedy AR System Mid-Tier Web Application development Minimum 2 years experience with full lifecycle implementations of Remedy Applications (Remedy AR System 7.1 and 7.5 versions) including installation, upgrade, and custom development. Web development expertise (Proficiency in Perl, Rails, Java) Extensive Linux experience (Windows experience is not required here) Strong communications skills - verbal/written Ability to learn complex technologies quickly Business analysis/requirements gathering experience Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively; be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. IT process knowledge is a plus (ITIL help desk, change management, asset management, configuration management, service level management) Computer Science degree preferred Please send your resume to C.C.
