One way is as LJ described.

Open the Incident Mgmt console in the Admin tool.
Open the z2TH Incidents table and go to the Results Color tab.
Change the SLM Status to Urgency
Then match the colours with the value.

But doing this, you'll lose the SLM Status colors.
