Hi All, We have to implement Change management in my company. To be frank, as a beginner of this change module. i am requesting everybody who reads this thread can help with the minimal starting step by step procedure to do implement the change management. I know the below requirements to do this as:-
1) Approval Process Configuration according to our company. but not sure how can i configure this process to work for only to the implementation approval but not for others. 2) Approval mappings - We do have all the approvers with their impacted areas as well. 3) All Approvers and the supports staff need Change User permission with an appropriate license and according to the approver, assignee or manager role with a support group. Apart from above, do i need to follow any other. Please let me know.
