So long as the user that you logged in as, has got a user account with the
same password, on all the servers OR guest user is enabled on all the
servers.

  You should just be able to add the other server in the AR Server Settings
section of the Mid Tier configuration pages.  That will cause everything
from both servers to show up on your homepage.

  The servers are not in  a server group, what I intend to do is configure
the development Mid-Tier for both the DEV ARS server and UAT ARS Server.
