I downloaded it yesterday and I just unzipped it without any errors. I don't use the front end to get to the patches though. Maybe I avoided the link issue that you are seeing.
I am running through the ARS 7.5 p4 install now and will be running the ITSM install after that. I'll let you know if I run into any errors from a corrupt download.
