CTM:LoadPeople that is used by Data Load already has these checks and so on. It performs 2 actions validate and promote and am thinking of creating a web service on this form with 2 methods - 1 to create / validate and the other one would be a modify / promote.

You can have filters fire on submit to then create the people records. I would also recommend an escalation to delete the staging data on a schedule. Tauf Chowdhury | Forest Laboratories, Inc. Question: Is there any interface form that I could use to create the web server? Or I need to go to the CTM:People form and do it the old fashion way? Is there an interface form that could be used to create people record based on a people template? Is it possible to build this around CTM:LoadPeople (Data Load)? Need some direction?
