We use it to assign Groups and Technicians. We have a "Work Action" field with options like, "Assign to Group", "Assign to Tech Same Group", "Assign to Tech New Group", etc..... Based on what you select, a list of groups, techs or groups/techs appear.
This is the only place that I can think of where we display a list. Andy L.
