Hello list, We are planning an AR System/ITSM 7.5/7.6/... upgrade and replatforming project for next fiscal year. I'd like to hear any hardware recommendations you might have for our move to Wintel.
Current situation is this: * - AR System 7.0.1 * - ITSP 4.0(pre-atrium CMDB) * - 500 incidents/day * - 20 changes/day * - 1 problem/day * - 50,000 CI's in CMDB * - 200 concurrent users * - AR System server is HPUX PA-RISC SD32B with 3 cores and 16Gig of RAM * - Database is Oracle on seperate HPUX Itanium SD and will remain in this configuration. Can anyone recommend a Wintel configuration for the AR System server to replace the HPUX server?
